TeFap Food Program Available Monthly for E.B.T. Card Holders/ Low Income Families

TeFap Food Program is now available once a month at the Delaware City Community Center for Delaware City, Port Penn and St. Georges Residents.

If you receive Food Stamps / EBT and Low Income you may qualify for this Program.
