Board of Ethics

The Ethics for Officials and Employees was created on November 19, 2012 by Ordinance 12-0716-04.   It can be found in the Delaware City Code Chapter 1 Section VI.   The Board of Ethics was also created by this ordinance.  There are five (5) members on the Board and they meet as needed.  The current members are:
